I went in search of objects to discover, to observe, very rarely to buy. The best moment was early Sunday morning, in Porta Portese, when in some well-defined places, which I hadn't been slow to discover, I managed to find my objects of desire: watches.
It was still fun and exciting, especially the buying and selling, haggling over the price, sometimes attempting barter, other times playing the card of innocence.
Until one Sunday, I came across a chronograph that I had never seen before: black dial, triangular hand and with a very light accordion bracelet. The seller, to get my attention, told me: "Look, this is the first Speedmaster they've made!" and I replied: "Actually it's strange, very old...! I've never seen it before..."
